A. Replacement Guarantee

We provide a 24-hour to 72-hour replacement warranty (depending on the account category) for non-working or initial login-failed accounts.

• Eligibility for Replacement:

  2. Account is disabled, suspended, or phone-locked before delivery or first login attempt.

  3. Incorrect account delivery (e.g., mismatch in requested platform/type).

• Replacement Process:

  • To claim a replacement, email us at pvaboost@gmail.com within the warranty period with your Order ID, list of defective accounts, and screenshot proof of the login error.

  • Verified replacement claims are processed within 12 to 24 hours.

• Exclusions (Not Covered under Warranty):

  • Accounts suspended or phone-locked after successful login due to improper usage, aggressive marketing/spamming, bad quality public proxies, or platform policy violations.

  • Attempts to log in to multiple accounts on a single browser session/IP without using clean proxies or anti-detect browsers.

B. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Phone Verified Accounts (PVA), all sales are generally final once account credentials have been delivered. However, refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your order within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

• Unresolved Defective Accounts: If delivered accounts are defective upon first login and we are unable to supply working replacement accounts within 48 hours of your report.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method (Binance Pay, PayPal, or Card) used during purchase.
